No. Starter and Pro both offer a 14-day free trial, and the trial ends by itself — nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe afterwards. A trial never turns into a paid plan on its own.

The limit applies to each connected account separately, not to your whole workspace. On Starter that is 60 posts a month for every account you connect — so with 5 accounts you can publish 300 posts in total, not 60 shared between them. Pro gives 200 a month on each account. The count resets at the start of every month.

Anything scheduled or already published counts, from the moment you schedule it. Drafts do not count, and posts still waiting for approval only count once they are approved. Story clips count as one post each, so a day of Stories uses several. Sending one post to five platforms uses one slot on each of those five accounts. Deleting a post does not give the slot back.

Pro includes up to 10 seats, so you can invite your team or your client, and that is what makes the approval workflow useful: someone else reviews a post before it publishes. If payment has not arrived by the end of that day, publishing pauses: scheduled posts are held rather than published and the dashboard shows a payment screen. Nothing is deleted. You then have 5 days to pay — if a card or mandate payment failed, your bank will usually retry it automatically inside that window — and held posts go straight back into the queue once it clears. Paying late covers the cycle that already started, so your renewal date stays where it was. If the 5 days pass unpaid, the plan ends and you move to the Free plan, still with nothing deleted.

Yes, from your billing settings, and you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends. If you chose auto-renew, cancelling withdraws the mandate with your bank so nothing further is taken; if you pay each cycle by hand, there is nothing to cancel beyond not paying again. Your posts, drafts and connected accounts stay intact either way.

New posts for that specific account are declined with a clear message until the month resets or you upgrade — nothing already scheduled is cancelled or lost. Your dashboard shows how much of each account's quota is used, so you can see it coming rather than discover it when you press publish.

Our refund terms are set out in the Terms of Service. One thing worth knowing before you switch plans mid-cycle: starting a new plan ends the current one immediately and charges the new plan in full, and the unused time on the old plan is not refunded — so if you are close to your renewal date, it is usually cheaper to switch then.
