PostStage Legal

Terms of Service

Effective date: 27 June 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Mathurs24.com (billed via our affiliated entity Cloudy24, collectively “PostStage”, “we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of trypoststage.com and the PostStage application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

PostStage is operated from India. The Service is offered globally with no general geographic restriction, and by using it you agree these Terms apply regardless of the country you access it from, subject to Section 3 (Export control & sanctions) and Section 18 (Governing Law).

2. Eligibility & account registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use PostStage.
  • You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • New accounts are subject to a manual review before full access is granted (you'll see this as “pending review” status); we may decline or delay approval at our discretion, including for anti-abuse reasons.
  • You may not share an account between multiple unrelated individuals or businesses, or create multiple accounts to evade plan limits or trial restrictions.

3. Export control & sanctions compliance

PostStage is available globally with no general geographic restriction. That said, you may not access or use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or are a national of, any country or region subject to comprehensive trade sanctions under Indian law, United Nations Security Council sanctions, or applicable U.S./EU/UK export-control and sanctions regimes (including OFAC-administered sanctions programs), or if you are listed on any applicable government denied-party, debarred-party, or restricted-party list.

By using PostStage, you represent that you are not subject to any such restriction. We reserve the right to suspend or deny access where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with applicable sanctions or export-control law.

4. The Service

PostStage lets you compose, schedule, and publish content to third-party social platforms you connect — currently Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Bluesky, connected via their official APIs (Bluesky via an App Password you generate yourself, rather than an OAuth consent screen) — and provides supporting tools (content calendar, hashtag bank, templates, bulk scheduling, basic analytics).

PostStage is an independent third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Google, X Corp., Pinterest, LinkedIn, or Bluesky PBC. Each of those platforms may change, restrict, or revoke API access at any time, which can affect PostStage's ability to publish to that platform. We'll do our best to keep you informed of any such disruption.

5. Connecting third-party accounts

  • You may only connect social accounts you own or are authorized to manage (e.g., a Page or Business Profile you administer).
  • Connecting an account grants PostStage the specific API permissions shown on that platform's consent screen, used only to provide the features described in our Privacy Policy. (Bluesky has no consent screen — connecting it grants access only to the App Password you chose to enter, which you can revoke independently at any time on bsky.app.)
  • You remain solely responsible for the content you schedule and for complying with that platform's own terms of service, community guidelines, and advertising policies. PostStage is a publishing tool — it does not review or moderate your content before it is posted.
  • You can disconnect any account at any time from the Accounts page, which immediately revokes the stored token on our side. You should also review/revoke app permissions directly on the platform if you want to fully sever access from their side.

6. Subscriptions, billing & taxes

  • PostStage is offered on paid subscription plans (currently Starter, Pro, Unlimited, and custom Enterprise plans), priced in Indian Rupees (₹) plus applicable GST (currently 18%), for a billing cycle you select at checkout (monthly, half-yearly, or annual).
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Subscriptions are prepaid, not auto-renewing — we don't keep your card on file to silently re-charge you. Each payment covers exactly one billing cycle.
  • Your plan stays active through the end of the period you paid for (shown in Settings → Billing). We send reminder emails 7, 2, and 0 days before it ends so you can renew. If you don't renew in time, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan's limits at the end of the period — nothing is deleted, your content and connected accounts stay intact, but paid-tier features (higher account caps, bulk posting, etc.) pause until you resubscribe.
  • Eligible new users may start a one-time, 14-day free trial of the Pro plan with no card required. The trial is limited to one per account/user, lifetime; we may suspend or deny trial eligibility where we suspect abuse (e.g., duplicate signups).
  • If you switch plans, your current subscription ends immediately and the new plan starts at its own price — unused time on the old plan is not credited or refunded (see Section 7).
  • International cards/payment methods: if you pay with a non-Indian card, Razorpay and your card network convert the charge to INR at their prevailing exchange rate. Any currency-conversion fee or rate spread is set by your bank/card network, not by PostStage, and is not something we can refund.
  • GST invoices are issued automatically after each successful payment. If you need a formal GST invoice for input-credit purposes, contact info@trypoststage.com.

7. Refund policy

We want you to be confident before you pay — that's what the free, no-card 14-day Pro trial is for. Our refund policy reflects that:

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Once a billing cycle is charged, we don't refund that period, including if you stop using the Service, downgrade, or switch plans partway through a cycle.
  • “Cancelling” stops future renewal, not a recurring charge. Because subscriptions are prepaid and don't auto-renew (Section 6), there's no stored recurring payment to cancel — cancelling from Settings → Billing simply confirms you won't be re-billed and turns off renewal reminders. Either way, you keep access through the period you already paid for, with no partial-period or pro-rata refund for time you don't use.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges. If you were charged twice for the same billing cycle, or charged due to a verifiable technical error on our part, we will refund the duplicate/erroneous amount in full once verified.
  • Service unavailability. If a confirmed bug or outage on our side materially prevented you from using the Service for a significant part of a billing cycle, contact us — we will review and may issue a partial refund or service credit at our discretion.
  • How to request a refund. Email info@trypoststage.com with your account email and the Razorpay payment reference from your invoice. We review requests within 5 business days; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days thereafter, depending on your bank/card network.
  • Enterprise plans are billed per the specific terms agreed in writing with that customer, which take precedence over this section where they conflict.

This policy is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 in India.

8. Your content

  • You retain all ownership rights to the content (text, images, video) you upload to or create in PostStage.
  • You grant PostStage a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service — i.e., to display it in your dashboard and to publish it to the platforms and accounts you direct.
  • You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to the content you upload, and that publishing it through PostStage won't infringe any third party's rights or violate any law or platform policy.
  • We may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, the law, or puts our platform access at risk (e.g., content that would cause a connected platform to revoke our API access).

9. PostStage's intellectual property

Other than the content you upload, all rights in the Service — including the PostStage name and logo, the underlying software, design, and other materials we create — belong to PostStage or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own business purposes for as long as your subscription is active. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, sublicense, or use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

10. Copyright & trademark infringement notices

If you believe content scheduled or hosted through PostStage by one of our users infringes your copyright or trademark, send a written notice to info@trypoststage.com including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim is being infringed.
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and where it appears within PostStage.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the relevant content and/or suspend the responsible account. Note that once content has been published to a third-party platform (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, X), PostStage no longer controls it there — you'll also need to report it directly to that platform under its own copyright/trademark process.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PostStage to:

  • Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or fraudulent content.
  • Spam, post deceptively (e.g., engagement bait prohibited by a platform's policy), or artificially inflate engagement.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls of PostStage or any connected platform.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates the terms of any connected platform (Meta, Google, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Bluesky).

12. Suspension & termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, suspected fraud/abuse, non-payment, or at a connected platform's request regarding misuse of their API.
  • You may cancel your subscription and/or delete your account at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for outages, API changes, or policy changes made by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Bluesky) that affect publishing through PostStage.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostStage and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PostStage harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or third-party platform policy.

16. General provisions

Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages, API or policy changes at a connected platform (Meta, Google, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Bluesky), internet or hosting-infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government action.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be read down to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, with notice to you.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions, constitute the entire agreement between you and PostStage regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.

Notices

We may give you notice via the email address on your account or an in-app notice. You may send us legal notices at info@trypoststage.com.

17. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we'll notify you by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may also modify or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

18. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. We encourage you to first contact us at info@trypoststage.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
